Since Pokemon Go is a GPS-based game, the system will automatically flag your account if you jump from one location to another (far away). This apparently will get your account banned within 1-3 days.
So, if you recently get banned from the game and a bit confused on what to do, this article will show you on how to unban yourself.
How to Get Back to Pokemon Go from (Soft Ban)
Step 1: Logout of your original account and then make a new oneStep 2: Logout of your new account and delete Pokemon Go
Step 3: Wait a few hours and reinstall the game from the App Store or Google Play Store
Step 4: Login using your old account
If the above method doesn't work for you, try this other method, see below.
Step 1: Follow the instructions from Step 1 to Step 2
Step 2: Create a new account, find a Pokemon and catch it then log back into your old one
Step 3: Patiently wait 3 hours and play again
Remember, location spoofing is a MUST NOT in Pokemon Go. So don't dare to try.
