Pokemon Go has finally gotten another update and these elusive team leaders finally have job after some couple of months after the last update. 

These team leaders now teach players about a Pokemon's attack and defense capabilities. Niantic calls this new ability a "Pokemon appraisal." Luckily, you don't need to find a gym to speak with your team leader.

With the help of these Team Leaders, trainers will now be able to learn more about their Pokémon’s capabilities. Their appraisal can help you gauge the Individual Value (IV) of your Pokemon.
